The instructions on how to get to our place by public transportation or by car:

• arriving at the airport, take the bus number 119 (one of perhaps two or three buses leaving the airport). After 21 minutes, get off at the bus terminus, which is "Dejvická" stop. Then perhaps the easiest and fastest way is by metro (subway, underground). Go downstairs to the station and take line A to "Můstek" station. Then change for line B (yellow) and get off at "Karlovo náměsti" station. Get out of the underground taking the E4 exit. This will lead you directly to the the entrance to the Czech Technical University, namely Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (see the map). You will have to stop here because the turnstiles will not let you in. Ask the gentleman at the reception to call your host. 
• should you find yourself downtown, you can also take any tram coming to "Karlovo náměstí" stop. The trams stop directly in front of the entrance to the University.
• traveling by car, you must use a different gate - get to "Na Zderaze 4" street (see the map). If you come in working hours, the gate-keeper will arange your letting in (by calling your host).
